  • Activation/Campaign Plan:

    Creating and formalising Brand focused campaigns from scratch - ensuring sales and equity are driven through activations.

  • Promoter placement:

    Ensuring that the correct type of promoter/s is/are placed at specific outlets/ venues i.e Mainstream & Formal market promoters placed where applicable.

  • Branding & Infrastructure set up:

    Ensuring that the required branding elements are in place, at each venue, prior to the activation taking place, I.e tasting table, media wall, feather banners, bar counters, fridges, stage & sound.

  • Stakeholder Relationships:

    Communicating with sales representatives, event managers and/or other parties involved, relating to upcoming activations, in order to ensure alignment and seamless execution of activations.

  • Documenting & Reporting:

    Weekly reporting on activations and overall campaigns, based on applicable and relevant metrics, specific to activations and campaigns from insight gained through execution.
